Allied Water Services is looking for an experienced Sewer & Septic Laborer to join our team. This position requires hands-on experience in the sewer and septic industry. We need someone who understands the work, can hit the ground running, and can contribute to daily field operations with minimal training.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain sewer lines, sewer pipes, water mains, and septic systems.
- Assist with septic system installations, replacements, and repairs.
- Perform septic system inspections and assess system conditions.
- Dig trenches and prepare job sites for sewer and septic installations.
- Ensure proper pipe slope, alignment, grading, and watertight connections.
- Transport, lay, secure, and connect pipes and construction materials.
- Inspect job sites, equipment, and materials for quality, compliance, and safety.
- Operate tools, equipment, and machinery used in sewer and septic fieldwork.
- Follow established health and safety procedures on construction sites.
- Use measurement instruments and complete work accurately within scheduled timeframes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Work effectively with crew members to complete projects efficiently.
Requirements

- Knowledge of sewer and septic systems, equipment, and field procedures.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to follow directions and work well with a team.
- Valid driver's license required
- Willingness to learn company-specific procedures and take on additional responsibilities.

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
